Job Description:

A dynamic and progressive outdoor lifestyle company in the downtown Denver area currently has a permanent need for an experienced Corporate Receptionist with strong organizational skills. This position is responsible for providing concierge and clerical support services to enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Receptionist and a strong aptitude for managing day to day office happenings.

  • Respond to in-bound phone and email communication.
  • Greet incoming guests and notify receiving party of guest arrival
  • Maintain the company calendar
  • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail distribution
  • Assist with reports, general office correspondence and travel
  • Assist the Project Manager with special projects as assigned.
    • 1-2 years in a corporate office setting
    • Previous front desk and reception experience preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
    • Customer service experience in dealing with many phone calls
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Concise and friendly communicator that is able to relate with all levels of management
    • College degree preferred
