The front desk checks in patients, controls the flow of
customers within the dispensary and maintains patient data accuracy
in Flow Hub/METRC. Sign up customers for Change of Caregiver and
maintain caregiver information. It is important to make each
customer feel welcomed when they enter our facilities. This is our
chance to make a positive first impression and develop a long term
relationship for repeat business.
-Maintain knowledge of strains and products throughout the
dispensary. -Daily opening and closing duties. (See daily checklist
on dashboard) -Make sure front desk area and lobby are clean and
customer ready at all times -Checking in and out visitors properly
& issuing visitor badges -Engage the sales floor in the chat room's
discussions -Utilizing pager system to ensure customers are seen in
an orderly fashion -Checking ID and/or appropriate documents to
verify right to shop -Maintain accuracy of customer records in Flow
Hub/METRC. -Answer and transfer phone calls accordingly following
professional phone etiquette
-Process Change of Caregivers to and from Lightshade -Notarizing
documents -Keeping front desk area organized at all times -Auditing
Flow Hub/METRC database for accuracy during downtime -Other duties
as assigned by the Management Team
The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds
unless otherwise specified. The position also includes climbing
ladders, reaching up, bending, walking about in a small space.
-The purpose of the work is to maintain compliance with all
applicable local, state and federal laws; -Employees may need to
maneuver through the myriad of regulations that may apply; and
assist other employees at all levels to obtain necessary services
and benefits. -This position requires continuous contact with
numerous staff and vendors and customers to successfully accomplish
the duties of the position on a daily basis. This contact includes
employees, managers, Owners, the public, medical clients, and
contractors for services.
