This person will be responsible for a wide range of duties supporting the CEO and COO. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary. Must be a self-starter who is willing to pitch in where needed to get the job done. This role will report to the COO and will be an in-office role once we return (Summer - Fall 2021).At Aduro:? Proactive calendar management of the executive team, including but not limited to; scheduling, coordinating logistics, tracking agendas and subsequent follow-ups.? Work to maximize the time of our executive team by prioritizing tasks and delivering support as needed - you are always two steps ahead.? Manage a variety of ongoing projects through completion with no detail being too small. You will need to manage not only yourself, but up to the executive team and cross functionally within the organization.? Maintain an ongoing list of current obligations of the executive team, tracking to deadlines and deliverables as appropriate and keeping the team apprised of progress.? Support communication needs ranging from drafting email correspondence to creation of client event invitations - this role requires a strong writer.?--Office Management responsibilities as needed to support the day-to-day operations of an office.?--Support with personal errands on an ad hoc basis such as booking travel, calendaring personal appointments, etc.Qualifications & Experience? 3 - 5 years relevant experience preferred, customer service is a plus!? Must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with the ability to ask for that you need.? Demonstrated good judgement, discretion and is thoughtful of confidentiality.? Strong efficiency with Google applications, Microsoft applications, and ability to quickly learn new software systems? Ability to meet deadlines in a timely and accurate manner with excellent attention to detail.?
