This individual will provide administrative, project production and receptionist support to office leaders, project managers and production staff. There are opportunities for advancement for this role.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating special events
  • Processing expense reports
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Preparing reports and correspondence
  • Assisting with word processing for project documents
  • Preparing and managing project files
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Processing mail, copying, and filingRequirements:
    • Associates Degree or equivalent
    • 3+ years of previous administrative experience preferred
    • Strong oral and written communication
    • Strong grammar and punctuation skills
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite; highly proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
    • Professional, client-oriented, and deadline driven
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Able to anticipate needs and manage multiple, competing priorities
    • Positive team player
