It all begins with you. Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services. The Group - Wells Fargo Finance organization plans, tracks, analyzes and reports financial results; manages the company's balance sheet, including funding, capital and investments; drives acquisitions; is responsible for financial controls; leads corporate strategy; and oversees enterprise shared services (internal real estate, global services, program management, business process management, and operational resiliency). Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. Finance group coverage includes: Cross-Enterprise and Business Finance, Corporate Treasury, Controllers, Data Management & Insights, Commitment to Customer COE, Enterprise Shared Services, Corporate Development, and Corporate Strategic Planning. The Function - Control Executive organizations align to common design principles and an organizational framework to ensure that risk is being managed consistently across the Front line. The framework ensures that every Group / Function covers, at minimum, each of the following five core areas: (1) Risk Operations team; (2) Governance and Programs; (3) Analytics, Reporting, and Administration; (4) Regulatory Relations; and (5) Business-Aligned Control Leaders. The Team - Operational Risk: Control Executive teams manage risk types and are responsible for understanding policies, programs, and regulations to drive their consistent application across their respective Group / Function. Control Executive teams work across their Front Line to develop an aggregate view of risk in the Front Line group, share that view with IRM, and serve as primary point of Front Line contact for each risk type. Additionally, these teams identify the need for controls across major end-to-end business processes; provide input on control design to manage across processes consistent with enterprise-wide risk management; and monitor and report on risk processes, performance, and associated metrics across Groups / Functions. Within the Finance Operational Risk team, we are looking to fill the following leadership role:Finance Control Executive Office, Group Record Coordinator (GRC) . This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all requirements of the Records Management Policy as well as applicable regulatory and/or country requirements. The candidate should be able to demonstrate experience with Wells Fargo Records Management Policy standards, policies, procedures and systems. The successful candidate should possess leadership, collaboration and consulting skills to provide strategic direction to senior leaders to implement Records Change Management as their business evolves. The candidate should have the ability to interact with all levels of an organization and multiple leaders while leading large scale initiatives. The candidate should have knowledge and understanding of project management principles: leading a major initiative and an ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation. Coordinate, communicate and oversee the corporate Records Management Policy and Program within Finance Validating that all required records management and account ownership information is correctly associated with any records shipped to third-party service provider storage Serving as the primary point of contact for electronic records initiatives and for records-management-related communication between Finance and Independent Risk Management (IRM) Supporting hold activity upon request Maintaining a listing of sources for the production of inventories of inactive official records Coordinating or providing business level subject matter expertise for evaluating compliance with this policy's requirements Providing subject-matter expertise to the Testing and Validation Center of Excellence for evaluating compliance with this policy's requirements Facilitate that assigned records are: Appropriately reviewed, classified and retained for destruction Ultimate disposition in accordance with the Retention Schedule and procedures for destruction Conduct periodic review of the LOB's activities to ensure compliance with the Records Management Policy Support decommissioning of applications Coordinate all records activities related to mergers and acquisitions affecting the business Support the development, review, and approvals required for any policy exception Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 10+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 5+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of bothDesired QualificationsAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to interact with all levels of an organizationKnowledge and understanding of project management and implementation in a technical information risk environmentExperience in policy implementationKnowledge and understanding of financial services industryAbility to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence changeAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple prioritiesStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsOutstanding problem solving and decision making skillsExperience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change managementAbility to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leadersStrong relationship management skillsExperience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadershipAbility to interact with all levels of an organizationProgram management experienceOther Desired Qualifications Record Management experience preferred, including Iron Mountain, RIMA, Record Inventories, RCAAs, etc.----Job ExpectationsAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeDisclaimerAll offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
