TTEC is seeking a DigitalCommunications Specialist to join our Enterprise Services team at ourGlobal Corporate Headquarters, based in Denver, Colorado. What you'll be doing: As a key member of the Global Digital Communications team, the SeniorDigital Communications Specialist will play an integral role in positioning andpromoting TTEC's corporate voice through online forums, communities and spaceswithin the organization. In addition, you will help develop andenforce all online brand standards across the organization. In addition, this position will support the intranet. Thisindividual will represent several different departments within theorganization, helping to create and maintain the objectives and goals ofthese departments while facilitating conversations and forums related to theemployee space. They will be responsible for coaching users on community toolsand be responsible for coordinating training sessions and building traininglabs to produce educational and informational content within these communities. What you'll bring to us:* Develop and postinteractive content that encourages participation and the development ofuser-generated content to ensure that the community is achieving itsobjectives.* Manage strategyfor all communications tactics on intranet, including targeted communicationsand home page billboard, and mobile instance* Train contentauthors and community owners on how to leverage intranet for communications andcollaboration* Incorporate gamificationtriggers to drive collaboration on key initiatives.* Consult withcross-functional teams to promote collaboration strategy* Trains contentauthors, end users and administrators on best ways to use the site* Owns marketingand communications strategy* Manages upgradesand launch of new features by reviewing documentation, attending trainingsessions with vendor and leading QA testing* Ownsrelationship with vendor and manages technical support escalations andtimelines* Oversee andidentify opportunities to develop new content* Evangelizedigital signage channel among content authors and corporate communications team* Manage strategyto explore and purchase new digital signage or expand existing product* Work with IT andsupport teams to ensure a superior employee experience. Optimize userpermissioning capabilities to deliver the right content at the right time tothe channel appropriate for the user. Whatskills you'll need:* Bachelor's degree preferred* 3 years in onlinecommunity management* Strong organizational,presentation and communications skills, with the ability to build coalitions& mediate* Deep familiarity withPowerPoint, Excel, Word, and strong spoken/written English language skills* Familiarity with prevailingInternet technologies such as html, streaming media, ad tagging, disruptive webtechnologies* Knowledge of Flash,podcasting/blogging, RSS, etc. (no coding experience required)* Ability to parse andexploit online analytics / technology and communicate them to individuals withwidely varying degrees of technical sophistication Who We Are: TTEC isa pioneer in customer experience, engagement and growth solutions.
