Drive operational initiatives in the assigned Consumer line of business (LOB) and/or strategic partner, reporting to the sales Director. The Sr Sales Operations Consultant partners with the extended cross-functional teams to ensure partner and channel sales manager business needs are met. Measure, calibrate and validate initiative and process changes
S2D onboarding activities
Onboard and manage operations for Indirect Retail
Subject Matter Expert for ASAP, our Indirect partner sales tool
Create reports, analyze partners and deliver material that assists Channel managers with their strategic decisions and recommendations
Distribute the data needed for weekly/monthly executive reviews
Provide analytical support to senior management to evaluate organizational effectiveness
Ensure operational readiness and support on new offers and initiatives across our partners
Coordinate and deliver needed training material to customers, partners and/or sales employees
Make recommendations to enhance productivity, sales revenues & collaboration between operations, sales, marketing, product, finance & strategic partners.
Ensure sales operations policies/practices are reviewed/revised and properly documented as business conditions change.
Identify issues and opportunities to improve broad sales operations and business knowledge
5+ years of experience in a related professional environment
Understanding of the sales cycle and process flow
Successful experience managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Highly professional and motivated
