Job Description Project Coordinator \n $27/hr - $29/hr \n *This role is not open for submissions from outside staffing agencies* \n \n Trulite is GROWING ! We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Aurora, CO branch. \n \n As a Project Coordinator , you’ll play a key role in supporting the estimating and project management processes while serving as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams. You’ll take greater ownership of customer follow-up, handle basic estimating responsibilities, and help ensure projects stay on track and meet expectations. \n Who You Are: \n You are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping things running smoothly. You enjoy working collaboratively across departments and have a knack for clear communication, staying ahead of project timelines, and supporting internal and external teams. Your approach is customer-focused, and you’re committed to maintaining a high standard of service in everything you do. \n \n Skills You Bring: \n \n Experience in customer service and vendor coordination \n High level of professionalism and confidentiality \n Associate degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience (glass/aluminum industry a plus) \n Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook \n Strong written and verbal communication skills \n Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines \n Comfort with numbers—able to calculate discounts, percentages, area, etc. \n Experience working independently and proactively in a collaborative team setting \n Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills \n \n What You’ll Be Doing: \n \n Following up on quotes and answering customer inquiries \n Estimating simple projects based on customer specs and product knowledge \n Entering time-sensitive orders and verifying job information in internal systems \n Coordinating with vendors to purchase and track hardware \n Supporting project planning by communicating with production teams and plant managers \n Preparing project documentation (orders, warranties, close-out packages, etc.) \n Assisting with customer visits and supporting external sales efforts \n Ensuring accurate and timely communication with AR to support billing \n Training new team members and supporting continuous improvement initiatives \n Physical Requirements: Sedentary work with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) \n Other duties as needed \n \n Why Trulite: \n Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
