This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of the Nursing Department through effective leadership and guidance to unit associates. The position is tasked with facilitating intradepartmental communication and activities, bolstering the delivery of exceptional patient care by adhering to and reinforcing the facility's policies, procedures, mission, vision, and core values.
