  • Guide financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across all entities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the President and Board of Directors
  • Lead M&A efforts and ensure seamless post-acquisition integration
  • Maintain regulatory compliance with excellence, including 501(c)(3) nuances
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering growth and cultural excellenceQualifications
    • A financial executive with 15+ years of experience (CPA preferred) and a passion for mission-based leadership
