Position will supervise Loan Origination Software (LOS) Administration, Loan Quality Review, and the Appraisal Department.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversees pre-close operations of the Credit Department, with direct responsibility for LOS System Administration, Loan Quality Review, and the Appraisal Department.Develops and maintains credit-related procedures, loan systems, workflows, and performance standards.Works closely with the Chief Credit Officer (CCO) and Senior Credit Officer (SCO) to develop and manage performance standards for credit origination standards.Works with teams across the Bank to build effective, consistently applied loan processes and procedures.Develops and maintains a strong working relationship with Bank regulators.Consults with the CCO and SCO as necessary on various credit issues and other high-level credit matters.Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the position.Maintains confidentiality and delivers quality of service as defined by department standards.Supports the companys Mission, Vision, and Values.Other duties may be assigned.Education and/or ExperienceCredit Officer V:7-10 years in credit management positions and extensive background experience and/or training.Preferred bachelors degree (B.A.) or equivalent in business administration, finance, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
