position.Hiring Pay Range:Credit Officer V: $100,000.00 -
$120,000.00 per yearSenior Credit Operations Officer: $120,000.00 -
$165,000.00 per yearThe hiring pay range for this position is
commensurate with the level of relevant experience and

origination process of the Bank to manage operational and credit
risk in accordance with the Banks low-to-moderate risk profile
while providing outstanding service to both internal and external
customers. Position will supervise Loan Origination Software (LOS)
Administration, Loan Quality Review, and the Appraisal
Department.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversees pre-close
operations of the Credit Department, with direct responsibility for
LOS System Administration, Loan Quality Review, and the Appraisal
Department.Develops and maintains credit-related procedures, loan
systems, workflows, and performance standards.Works closely with
the Chief Credit Officer (CCO) and Senior Credit Officer (SCO) to
develop and manage performance standards for credit origination
standards.Works with teams across the Bank to build effective,
consistently applied loan processes and procedures.Develops and
maintains a strong working relationship with Bank
regulators.Consults with the CCO and SCO as necessary on various
credit issues and other high-level credit matters.Maintains a
current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act
(BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance
with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures
related to the position.Maintains confidentiality and delivers
quality of service as defined by department standards.Supports the
companys Mission, Vision, and Values.Other duties may be
assigned.Education and/or ExperienceCredit Officer V:7-10 years in
credit management positions and extensive background experience
and/or training.Preferred bachelors degree (B.A.) or equivalent in
business administration, finance, or related field; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.To perform this job

management positions and extensive background experience and/or
