If this sounds like you, we can't wait to meet you!About the RoleWe seek a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to lead our financial operations across multiple divisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex accounting principles (GAAP), financial reporting, and internal controls and a demonstrated track record in managing financial operations with diverse business units. This position will provide strategic financial insight, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company's continued growth. A CPA designation is required.What You Will Do:Oversight of Accounting Operations: Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, budgeting, and tax compliance for multiple divisions.Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with GAAP. Deliver insightful management reports, including KPIs and variance analysis.Internal Controls: Design, implement, and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure the reliability of financial data across all divisions.Cash Management and Forecasting: Oversee cash flow management and develop accurate financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.Financial Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Ensure consistent application across all divisions.Audits and Compliance: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and successful audit completion. Maintain a thorough understanding of tax laws and other regulations applicable to the company.Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement.What you will need:A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. Master's degree (MBA) preferred.An active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is essential.Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, including at least three years in a controllership role.Proven experience in managing financial operations within a multi-divisional company structure.Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting standards, and internal control best practices.Expertise in financial systems and ERP software (Netsuite).
