Immediate Senior Accountant opening with a commercial general contractor!About the Senior Accountant role and opportunity:- Dog friendly office!- This is a genuine, build-your-own-adventure role as the company grows!- Fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within the organization as the Controller's right-hand person- Delve into process improvement and workflow documentation- Join an outgoing and personable team, focused on collaboration and helping one-anotherWhat you'll be responsible for as the Senior Accountant:- Sales and Use Tax filings and compliance- Audit prep- Project administration and compliance - Job cost report updates- GL Account reconciliations, JE and accruals- ME close support- Invoice approvals- Ad hoc accounting and administrative projects and support.- Act as Controller's "right hand person"Qualifications you'll bring to the Senior Accountant role:- Progressive accounting experience, with strong knowledge of the GL- Exposure to the construction industry- Sales and Use tax experience- Keen eye for detail - Experience with process improvement and workflow documentation- Proficient in MS Excel - Effective communication- Collaborative in nature- Must love dogs!Other information about the Senior Accountant role:- This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday, 8-5pm with flexible hours- 100% onsite role, local Northern Colorado Senior Accountant applicants only, please- Qualified candidates will be contacted directly#CBSEP2023 #INSEP2023
