As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing complex financial systems, and leading an accounting department.Why join us?-Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking transactionsOversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsDevelop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulationsWork closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support our business objectivesAnalyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to support decision-makingManage the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including developing financial models and projectionsEnsure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in a timely mannerManage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providersProvide leadership and guidance to the accounting department, ensuring that all team members are performing at a high levelJob Details-Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar roleExperience working with restaurant POS systems, Expensify, GSuite, and CTUITStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesCPA certification preferredIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller with a passion for driving financial performance and leading a high-performing accounting team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
