We are looking for an individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow their career with our company.Essential Functions

  • Oversee all fixed asset and lease accounting.
  • Perform trend analysis on general and administrative expenses and provide insights on spend.
  • Prepare and review journal entries for assigned areas.
  • Manage the consolidation process on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for internal and external monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including the Form 10Q and Form 10K.
  • Review work performed by team members with a high degree of professional skepticism in order to identify any issues and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate policies.
  • Partner with senior management to build, develop and execute financial and accounting strategies, processes and systems that effectively meet, support and enhance the Company's objectives.
  • Provide support for the quarterly reviews and annual audit with the Company's external auditors.
  • Indirectly supervise a team of accountants including playing a role in managing our business process outsourcing firm.
  • Identify and recommend business process improvements to automate manual processes and accelerate the month-end close process.
  • Execute work and document in accordance with SOX compliance for accounting functions.Knowledge and Skills

    • Strong attention to detailRequired Education and Experience
      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
      • CPA recommended.
      • 4+ years of accounting experience required.
      • Public accounting experience preferred. Big 4 a plus.
      • Strong General Accounting skills and GAAP knowledge with experience in month end close to financial statement preparation.
      • Proficiency in all MS Office applications, and advanced knowledge of Excel required.
      • Can prioritize workload and perform multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
      • Candidates must have excellent communication skills (oral and written), the ability to interact with all levels of management through the organization and the initiative to get the job done.Department: -Accounting/Finance Reports to: Corporate ControllerThe company offer the following Insurance benefits to all -Managers (waiting period applies)
