Senior General Ledger Accountant - Shared Services JobThe General Ledger Accountant will prepare journal entries, and will research and complete account reconciliations. This is a fast paced role where you will be communicating with multiple departments. This candidate will play a vital role in the month end close process.Responsibilities:

• Perform General Accounting functions, including operation of the general ledger system, create and upload journal entries, month-end close work and account reconciliations for various accounts.
• Prepare and manage monthly accruals, in partnership with the Financial Planning and Analysis team, AP team, and business partners to ensure proper month end cutoff and capturing of expenses.
• Maintain accurate records of earnings, profits, cash balance, and other financial results.
• Assist in the preparation of schedules and respond to inquiries and requests for support from management or external auditors in conjunction with the Company's financial audit.
• Perform intercompany billings and settlement
• Assist with Ad Hoc monthly projects. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of General Ledger experience
