As a top ranked U.S. company among the Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World, we take our global footprint seriously.Job Title:Global Head of Workforce SolutionsCompany:PrologisGlobal Head of Workforce Solutions, Denver, FlexibleDo you want to play a role in global commerce?Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Global Head of Workforce Solutions will lead the development of a new line of products and solutions, under the broader Prologis Essentials business, focused on the talent cycle for our more than 5,000 customers globally. This leader will be an entrepreneur focused on building a workforce solutions business from the ground up by leveraging the scale and reach of the Prologis platform. This is a unique opportunity to build out a new line of business / P&L including selecting, managing, and scaling teams. - They will approach their work by focusing on our customers biggest pain points and developing best-in-class offerings to address talent acquisition, retention, upskilling, and wellbeing. What's needed in order to do that:

  • Lead the development of a business strategy and growth strategy to advance the new Workforce Solutions Pillar of the Essentials Business that demonstrates sustainable and scalable growth.
  • Develop customer outreach, engagement, and sales strategy for all workforce solutions offerings that integrate with the right sales channels and customer contacts.
  • Lead insights and discovery for product solution fit and product development for talent acquisition, retention, upskilling, and wellbeing for customer needs. -
  • Develop strategic partnerships and agreements with key vendors and partners that will be critical to the quick advancement of the Workforce Solutions offerings.
  • Support the COO and others in the external communication of Prologis Workforce Solutions.
  • Develop investment and financial models for solutions with finance team for multi-year growth strategy.
  • Develop key metrics and targets for business unit that will drive continuous improvement and rapid customer insights and that will integrate with the company's overall strategy.
  • Own budget, revenue expenses, external financing, reporting and auditing responsibilities.
  • Partner with internal teams including the Essentials sales team, the Real Estate teams, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Participate in public presentations to a wide array of audiences including customers, partners, local agencies, and governments. -
  • Build, manage and develop a team of internal talent and external consultants to drive solutions and business outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional engagement to align stakeholders on business strategy and execution of agreed-upon business plans. Tell us if you're ready.
    • 10+ years of experience in leading a workforce solutions product line, business, or organization
    • Demonstrated experience in building a new business or product offering from the ground up
    • Creative problem solver and comfortable working through ambiguity
    • Deep understanding of talent acquisition and retention solutions
    • Understanding of frontline workers and their needs
    • Demonstrated experience of working with senior executives
    • Entrepreneurial mindset is a must
    • Experience in the logistics sector is a plus
    • Commercial mindsetvHiring Salary Range (for the Denver Market) of: $250,000 - $350,000.
