Job Description:
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Manager will develop
and implement DE&I programs, initiatives and strategies that
cultivate a sense of belonging throughout the company. This role
will build strong relationships with stakeholders and key
leadership to ensure DE&I strategies created support the
organization's intention to attract, hire and retain a diverse and
engaged workforce. As DEI Manager, you'll lead complex,
multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with
stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules,
identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional
partners company-wide. Your projects will often span various office
locations and time zones. This position plays a critical role in
empowering employees to succeed, learn and grow in a diverse,
equitable and inclusive environment.What you'll do:
- Build and deploy DEI initiatives within the organization
- Establish and work with a Diversity and Belonging Council to
scale DEI initiatives more broadly across the company
- Lead education and inclusion meetings and trainings for the
organization
- Create and execute a strategy for tracking and sending out
regular updates to our DEI stakeholders to keep them in the loop
about our latest DEI initiatives and status
- Support other organization-wide and/or company DEI initiatives,
such as Mentorship, Hiring, and Training programs
- Empower stakeholders and leaders to be the main drivers of
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the organization
- Performs additional duties as requested by
managementQualifications required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational
Development or related field
- 5+ years of DEI program management experience; driving
strategic and meaningful company-wide cultural awareness and
employee engagement
- Experience on cross-functional projects
- Involvement in program tracking, escalation, communication, and
process
- Experience in stakeholder management on Diversity, Equity, and
Inclusion initiatives, working closely with executives, and
engaging with a variety of stakeholders
- Proven experience in building and establishing a successful
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program
- Understanding of federal, state, and local equal opportunity
employment laws and regulations

$90-125K, based on location, qualifications, and experienceBenefits
