Job Description:

OverviewThis position is responsible for the implementation of Bank Compliance policies within the Small Business Lending group. This individual will coordinate document requests, procedure changes, and other audit and regulatory related projects. The position will work directly with construction contractors, third party management firms, vendors, and clients from time of closing through final funding to process commercial construction draws in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies; completing projects in support of regulatory auditors. Manage the ordering and receipt of third party reports such as appraisal, environmental reports and valuations. Verify and balance project budget, contingencies, and if applicable other funding sources.Review and Approve disbursement requests, including title endorsements, inspections and invoices. Coordinate the final payment and receipt of loan documentation prior to final funding. Apply the SBA Standard Operating Procedures as it relates to proper SBA 7(a) documentationAssist with various Loan Ops projects as neededHandle various office management duties such as supply ordering etc.QualificationsRequired: Minimum 3 years lending, audit, or related experienceConstruction Disbursement experienceBachelor's degreeProficient in Word, Outlook and ExcelAbility to create reportsBasic knowledge of lending processes as well as loan processing, documentation, and terminologyAbility to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneouslyPossess strong analytical skillsSelf-starter and detail-orientedPreferred:SBA 7(a) or Commercial Lending experience preferredCompensation Information:Base Salary: $56,025 - $81,236 annuallyEligibility for Other Compensation: Cash Incentive PlanHighlights of our Benefits Offering: 401k, 401k Matching, 10 Company Paid Holidays, Commuter Benefits, Dental Insurance, Disability Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Insurance, Health Savings Account, Life and AD&D Insurance, Paid Time Off, Vision Insurance, and Wellness Program.PDN-f-3cca-42e8-a9e1-8af51
