As a business partner, Audit helps the company accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. The Role Our Strategy and Operations Groups (SAOG) within our IA department is seeking an Audit Manager to join the Methodology team within the Practices group. The Methodology team supports the department in the ongoing management of the internal audit methodology, policies, procedures, tools, and templates used by audit teams to perform audits and related activities. The team acts as subject matter experts on audit methodology, and coordinates across internal and external teams to implement changes in audit requirements. The team also addresses questions, requiring significant collaboration with audit teams in the execution of audits and in monitoring of policy implementation. The role requires a sense of urgency, passion for excellence and results, and personal accountability for achievement and outcomes.
