Our ideal candidate is a hands-on FP&A professional who embraces ambiguity and can work independently to solve problems. You will play a critical role in building a world-class FP&A function that provides trusted, accurate and actionable insights while also working to implement processes with an emphasis on automation at scale. *Title will depend on experience level In this role, you will:

• Drive the annual and long range strategic, operational and contingency planning processes
• Develop, build and maintain up-to-date short-term and long-term forecast models that reflect current business trends and proactively identify key business issues and opportunities
• Prepare and improve weekly and monthly reporting packages to highlight financial results by department, distill / synthesize key trends, assess current / future business risk, and communicate key messages to senior management and external stakeholders
• Conduct strategic data analysis, research and modeling to assess ROI, unit economics, financial---risks and benefits across existing business initiatives and new investment opportunities
• Develop strong relationships and collaborate with business leaders to become a trusted advisor who highlights risks, spots opportunities, and builds models that improve business decisions and minimize surprises
• Build scenario-based models that assess external category expansion opportunities and synergies against the backdrop of resources, investment, and strategic alignment
• Implement systems and infrastructure to support seamless buy-side and sell-side due diligence Skills & experience needed for this role:
  • +8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking or related fields
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP, SaaS accounting and business models
  • Proven track record of generating data-driven insights, value-added analysis and actionable recommendations to drive growth and influence KPIs
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and extensive experience in modeling, forecasting, and manipulating complex data sets
  • Comfort and experience working in a fast growth organization, self-motivated and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience in effectively and proactively communicating and presenting key data to senior management
  • Experience executing M&A transactions and financing activities, including capital raises and/or debt and equity restructurings
  • Technologically savvy and able to demonstrate competence across various accounting and software platforms such as Xero, Stripe, Bill.com, Zapier, Shortlist, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
  • Bachelor's---degree---or greater in finance, accounting, mathematics, or economics Please note that this is a hands-on role in terms of all finance functions. Being process-driven and having a willingness to roll up your sleeves are both critical to success. Title based on level of relevant experience. Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. + EOY bonus potential. The salary will depend on your skillset and years of relevant experience.
