Senior Director of Systems and Shared Services Level Senior Job Location Schlessman YMCA - 2625 S Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80221 - Denver, CO Remote Type N/A Position Type Full Time Graduate Degree Salary Range $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/year Travel Percentage Undisclosed Job Shift Any Job Category Undisclosed Description CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATION: 04/05/2021 HOURS/DAYS SCHEDULE: This is a Full Time Position -40 Hours per week-- POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of the Y, a leading charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Senior Director of Systems and Shared Services will oversee the management of YMCA of Metro Denver's shared services team, including but not limited to the management of the organization's CRM systems, membership support, program registration, donor records, data management, collections and call center. This senior leadership position is primarily responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform , deliver world class customer service to internal and external stakeholders and driving transactional and back office efficiencies to ensure viable and sustainable business. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part--analyst. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Serve as Admin for CRM and other technology systems; providing leadership during system adoption, updates and training.
  • Streamline YMCA of Metro Denver's business process and technology to improve organizational efficiency
  • Recruit, lead, develop and retain a high performing solution center staff
  • Ensure accuracy, streamline and improve reporting processes to provide timely and actionable information to the organization to improve data-driven decision making
  • Evaluate, recommend and implement strong internal business controls for the YMCA
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
  • Deliver world class service to all internal and external stakeholders in terms of quality, KPI's and efficiency
  • Work cross functionally with teams to drive transactional accuracy and efficiencies
  • Work with the Finance department to ensure collections and revenues are processed
  • Provide effective and actionable reporting of shared services processes via metrics and KPI's
  • Identify, collect, prioritize and execute continual improvement projects to drive organizational efficiencies and where possible cost efficiencies
  • Compile data and report on the effectiveness of the Solution Center

        • Quickly and effectively understand business, organizational and departmental goals and objectives, balance and prioritize them effectively; anticipate and negotiate issues that may relate to competing objectives; identify areas of operational improvements/efficiencies and create viable solutions
        • Extensive and broad software technology leadership and project management experience
        • Strong technical abilities and skills to manage large databases including data migration and updating, building custom objects, fields, reports, utilize and manipulate spreadsheets, and report writing software. Strong ability to manage and analyze data to meet essential program evaluation and identify clients' interests and needs
        • Knowledge of SQL queries and reporting
        • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills of technical data to non-technical staff
        • Proven, effective collaborator with all levels of staff Qualifications
          • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business Management, or related field
          • 5+ years' experience developing technical solutions based on existing technologies; managing resolution of system issues; managing customer service team and prioritizing goals and objectives
          • Experience serving as an admin for CRM systems such as Salesforce, MindBody, DAXKO, Blackbaud a plus.
          • Strong understanding of--CRM best practices and functionality
          • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
          • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.--
