Job Description:

* Manage annual budget process * Manage periodic forecasting and variance analysis of actuals vs the budget* Oversee short term and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance * Help drive month-end close process * Prepare quarterly reporting including detailed general ledger, balance sheet and income statements* Help reconcile banking transactions and prepare journal entries * Prepare accurate cash flow statements and projections on a monthly basis* Manage employee compensation, benefits deductions and expense reimbursements* Process accounts payable on a weekly-basis* Process expense and credit card reporting* Help run annual 1099 Reporting ProcessRequirements* CPA license* Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills * Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software* Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills* Able to communicate with professionals at all levels* Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information* Able to adapt to changing priorities* Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines* Strong work ethicExperience* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience REF # 36975
