strategic and tactical leader who has a track record of developing,
implementing, and executing customized customer experience and

platforms. As a business transformation senior account partner, you
will be responsible for envisioning, designing, developing and
overseeing the delivery of world class CX/EX solutions to some of
the world---s largest brands. You will tap into the breadth of TTEC
Digital---s collective portfolio, partner with the practice leads
to deliver ---customer experience as a service--- driving contact
center optimization while also enabling the adoption of efficient
and effective digital channels. The candidate must have the
expertise required to operationalize transformational solutions
resulting in measurable outcomes for our clients. This role
includes being the trusted advisor to our executive client, chief
business solution architect, transformation program manager, and
growth agent for TTEC---s service portfolio. What you---ll be
doing: Trusted AdvisorRepresent TTEC Digital at senior level
discussions and develop the reputation of a trusted advisor and
expert to the client base and internal stakeholdersBuild advisory
relationships with C/E-suite executives. Convert relationships with
executives into long-term partnerships that extend TTEC---s value
and account growth Serve as a digital and customer experience
transformation subject-matter-expertMonitor market needs and trends
in the CX/EX space to ensure our solutions resonate with clients
and solve the challenges they faceMust have the ability to see the
big picture, provide program/account leadership, earn client trust
and have the capability to engage in detailed oversight Chief
Business Solution Architect and Account PartnerProactively identify
and cultivate business opportunities, identify and respond to
customer requirements and help craft insightful, high-quality
solutions to solve complex business challenges Personally, drive
new business development efforts in customer and digital
transformation, to include the origination and closure of
multi-million dollar, cross-service-line engagements Develop
commercial solutions that allow for productive negotiation with the
client and result in programs that meet targeted profit margins for
the applicable engagement soldGuide the execution and client growth
strategy; Be actively involved in engagement performance - setting
high standards for the delivery team.Ensure the quality of the
solutions put forth to the client are truly distinctive and display
a demonstrated focus on achieving client impact by way of tangible
resultsManage a profitable account in all aspects of sales,
delivery, finance, people leadership, and strategy Senior
Transformation Program ManagerLead all aspects of program and
account planning end to end: including business case development
and associated budget needs, project charter, scope development,
key milestones and deliverables roadmap, communication with the
project teams and leadership, resource planning, manage
risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies, create measurement plans,
etc.Oversee the development of clear and accurate communication and
project documentation, including project plan, status reports,
internal meeting notes, change requests, and resource requests and
assignmentsHands on delivery of client program with respect to
strategy, advisory services, coachingDevelop and execute an
efficient communication strategy for ensuring communication with
all levels of client management and within the team.Understand
agile program management principles and tools; coach workstream
leads as needed to move from waterfall to agile deployment People
Management and Leadership Partner with the TTEC Digital and Engage
leadership teams to drive followership and a single voice to the
accountProvide coaching, development, and leadership to a highly
matrixed team while demonstrating company values and brand
promise.Leverage your personal network to help grow a team filled
with talented resources that have a passion for connecting with
customers and orchestrating exceptional experiences across every
customer touchpointBelow is an illustrative list of account-based
direct reports Program Manager or Program Analyst to track/report
KPI metricsDirector to oversee/prioritize and help design
solutions, support deployment and coordination among TTEC
teams.CX/EX Business Analysts based on size of account to develop
use cases and run the development engine.Matrix reporting for
workstream leaders; ensuring alignment to overall deliverables.

requirements too. These include: 20 years--- professional
experience including 8 years in executive account management or
consulting Expertise and breadth across a spectrum of capabilities:
envisioning and designing customer experiences, developing target
operating models enabling those experiences with digital solutions,
analytics, change management and operations excellence.Strong
operational field-general who is equal parts strategic and tactical
and immediately immerses himself/herself into the businessTrue
intellectual capability - the ability to understand, discern and
synthesize complex business, operational and financial issues into
real world strategies---a true ---out-of-the-box--- thinker with
the intellectual horsepower to lead from the frontGlobal
perspective. Accustomed to doing business all around the world and
comfortable working with executives with diverse cultural
backgrounds; Sound financial management and commercial acumen with
experience of running a P&LStrong understanding of the
revenue/sales and service issues facing companies in healthcare
Prior exposure to mergers & acquisitions and recognizing the
synergies with new service lines that provide accretive capability
Personal credibility plus proven ability to attract, select,
motivate and develop world-class talent to build a strong
organization; Minimum Bachelor---s level degree required;
Master---s degree preferred COMPENSATION and benefits The
anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing
interest in this position is $141K - $200 K USD. This position is
eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Benefits
