we'd love to talk to you! Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Building
Maintenance Associate will assist the maintenance team and will
support all aspects of the maintenance department as needed,
including general building and grounds maintenance. Ensuring all
plant equipment is functioning at optimum levels by performing
repairs and long-term improvements.Essential FunctionsResponsible
for maintenance and repairs of the building (interior and exterior
structures and related fixtures and utilities) through the use of a
variety of skills consisting of advanced carpentry, masonry,
plumbing, electrical, welding, conveyor, HVAC Minimum Requirements,
Qualifications, Additional Skills, AptitudeHigh School diploma or
general education degree (GED) required.Must have at least (2) two
years' experience in commercial building maintenance functions
including the following: HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical,
welding, conveyor repair, rack building Qualifications / Additional
Skills / Aptitude:Preferred Electrical Certification, Welding
Certification, or HVAC CertificationAbility to read blueprint and
schematic diagramsAbility to work with outside contractorsAbility
to work with minimal supervisionThe understanding of problem
solving and time managementMust have a valid driver' licenseOperate
a variety of maintenance equipment, including but not limited to
hand and power tools, Scissor Lift,equipment and fork
liftReliability, dependability, multi-task, oriented, flexible in
scheduling and after hour on callsMust have own toolsPhysical
Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative
of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform
the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may

move up to 50 pounds. The employee is frequently required to stand,
climb, bend, and walk. May need to drive between stores as per
assignment. While performing the duties of this position, the
employee is subject to both a typical office/store environment and
all outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work
