- Staffing/Recruiting/Consulting** you'll lead a team of new
business staffing inside sales reps to meet and exceed their quota.
**In this role, you'll be responsible for:** * Building a culture
of inclusion and high performance against expected KPI's * Meeting
and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets set by
leadership * Creating strategy to drive and sell new business *
Leading and teaching your team to follow a consultative sales
methodology, position all our products and services to help
potential prospects & inactive accounts achieve their hiring goals
* Forecasting expected monthly results accurately **For this role,
we're requiring:** **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** *

* Hunter mindset with an ability to sell solutions to customers *
Ability to work in a team atmosphere * Excellent written and verbal

products and experience with a CRM system preferably Salesforce *
Energetic and self -motivated and show an ability to work
independently **Education, Experience** * Bachelor's degree in
marketing/sales or a related field or equivalent proven experience
* 10+ years sales experience * Management experience preferred *
Experience hunting for new prospects and customers required *
Experience selling to technical recruitment teams in the staffing
industry is highly desirable **Compensation** Base salary/pay plus
commissions of $180,000 $250,000 per year at 100% of plan targets.
