Job Description:
Understands and effectively applies relationship sales skills to open, develop, and close sales; create interest in appropriate solutions; actively cross-sells solutions; actively pursues potential customers. Sells Small Business solutions/services such as deposits, treasury management, credit cards, payment and credit solutions services, etc. Maintains and deepens a good working relationship with Small Business customers. Develops new business with current Small Business assigned portfolio and prospects, participating in call programs and outside sales opportunities as assigned by Sales Manager. Resolves Small Business customer account problems in assigned portfolio. Refers more complex customer issues to the Small Business support center. Represents the bank in business development and community activities. Your Career is Here. Qualifications Basic Qualifications - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience - One to three years of sales and customer service experience in the financial services industry Preferred Skills/Experience - Strong product and new business development/sales skills - Thorough knowledge of all applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems - Excellent customer service and community relations skills - Demonstrated ability to make one-on-one and group presentations - Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
