Job Description:
Safety Manager Description: This position will provide you with the opportunity to play a key role in employee health and safety. You oversee safety in a very successful, heavy industrial manufacturing company. - Work to continuously improve site safety and health systems - Work with senior Management with regard to all aspects of improving employee safety and health. - Ensure plant compliance with all applicable regulations. - Provide guidance and support to department Safety Supervisors. - Supervise employees in Plant Security, IH and Health. Qualifications: BS in Safety or a related field and 5-10 years of industrial experience including management experience. Experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing setting is a key. Compensation: The compensation listed for this position includes both base and incentive pay.
